Spaghetti with Octopus
Made with Spaghetti
Ingredients:
- 1 Package of Triumph Spaghetti
- 600g Small Octopuses
- 5 Tablespoons of Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Leek
- 1 Clove Chopped Garlic
- 2 Chopped Red Hot Peppers
- 1/2 Glass of White Dry Wine
- 3/4 Glass of Milk Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
Method:
Wash the octopuses and chop them finely, leaving one whole for garnish.
In a large pan we sauté the octopuses using half the oil. When they are ready, we add the onion, leek, garlic, peppers, the rest of the oil and some salt.
Add the wine and once it evaporates, cover the pan and let the octopuses simmer for about 1 hour.
Meanwhile, boil and strain the pasta.
In the pan with the sauce we add the cooked pasta along with the milk cream and the parsley and we stir well.
Let the sauce set for a while and serve immediately.
