Tri with Smoked Salmon
Made with Tri Lasagne
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Triumph Tri
- 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2 Spoons of Triumph All Purpose Flour
- 300ml Milk Cream
- 50ml Serry
- 120g Sliced Smoked Salmon
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Dill
- 1 Teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Grated Black Pepper
Method:
Bake the pasta in salted water. Heat the butter and add the flour.
Cook on low heat for about 2 minutes. Add the cream and simmer until it sets.
Add the sherry and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl, pour the sauce over it and garnish with the salmon and spices.
Serve immediately and ... Bon appetit!
