Traditional Pasta with Triumph Penne
Made with Pennes
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Triumph Penne
- 3 Spoons Olive Oil
- 1 Clove of Chopped Garlic
- 1 Small Chopped Onion
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 800g Peeled, Chopped Canned Tomatoes
- 100g Black Olives in Slices
- 250g Feta Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
Cook the pasta as per the instruciton on the pack and drain.
In a sauce pan we saute the onion and garlic on low heat until the onion softens.
Add the tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper, and we let them boil on high heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the olives and continue cooking for 1 minute until warm.
Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and mix well. Add the diced feta cheese and the 2 tablespoons of parsley and mix lightly.
Sprinkle with the rest of the parsley, serve immediately and ... Bon appetit!
