Penne Armaldi

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack of Triumph Tricolore Penne
  • 250g Grated Cheese
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • Butter
  • 30g Village Type Flour Triumph
  • 250ml Milk Cream
  • 100ml White Wine
  • Pepper

Method:

Boil and strain the Penne. Saute the onion with the butter and add the flour, stirring for 2 minutes.

Add the cream and wine and stir constantly until thickened.

Add the pepper and the cheese and after it melts, serve the penne together with the sauce.
