Marmalade Biscuits
Made with Plain Flour
Ingredients:
- 4 Glasses Triumph Plain Flour
- 2 Glasses of Powdered Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 3 Glasses Nishaste
- 6 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 500g Butter
- Jam of Your Choice
Method:
Beat the butter very well with the sugar until the butter turns white.
Add the eggs and then the flour with the nishaste and baking powder.
Using molds, shape the cookies with one side flat, and bake at 170°Ⅽ.
After the cookies are baked and cooled, use jam to join the two flat sides.
