Spaghettini with Avocado
Made with Spagettini
Ingredients:
- 500g Triumph Spaghettini
- 1 Pasta Broth
- 1-2 Two Chopped Hot Peppers
- 1 Chopped Peeled Tomato
- 1 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
- 2 Avocados Cut into Squares
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Chopped Parsley
Method:
Put the olive oil in a saucepan
After it heats up, fry the peppers
Then we put the onion and after it withers, we put the chopped tomato
At the same time, boil the spaghettini in the broth and add 100ml of the broth to our mixture.
When the spaghettini is two minutes before the final cooking, transfer it to the pot with our mixture and add another 100 - 200 ml of the pasta broth.
Add the avocado and chopped parsley, mix for another two minutes, and serve.
