Pennes with Tomato Sauce
Made with Pennes
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Triumph Pennes
- 2 Cubes of Pasta Broth
- 3 Glasses of Red Cheese
- 4 Red Tomatoes
- 1 Tomato Juice
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
- 4 Slices of Ham
- 100ml White Dry Wine
- 1 Green Pepper
- Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Oregano,
- Some Oil
Method:
Boil the Pennes according to the instructions on the back of the pack, using one broth cube for pasta.
Saute the garlic to wither, add the ham and pepper. Then, add the tomatoes, the tomato juice, the other broth, the sugar, pepper, salt and oregano and finally the wine.
Strain the penne and put them in a fireproof pan, adding the cheese and the sauce. Put them in the oven for about 20 minutes, at 180°Ⅽ.
