Linguini Fruti di Mare

Made with Linguini

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack of Triumph Linguini
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • Red pepper flakes
  • ½ Cup Dry White Wine
  • ¾ Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 12 Littleneck Clams
  • 12 Black Mussels
  • 8 Shrimp
  • 4 Sea Scallops
  • 100g Calamari Cut into Thin Rings
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

Method:

We boil water in a large pot.

Wash the seafood well and smell to make sure they did not go bad.

In a large saucepan, we bring the oil to medium heat and sauté the garlic. Then add the red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add the wine and clams in the saucepan and cover with the lid. We cook for 5 minutes on high heat.

At the same time, we cook the Linguini in the boiling water according to the instructions on the package.

We then uncover the saucepan, simmer for a minute, and add the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Finally add the rest of the seafood and cook until clams and mussels open.

When the sauce is ready, combine with the cooked pasta. Add the chopped parsley and let the sauce cook with the pasta for another 2-3 minutes.
