Penne Armaldi
Made with Trecolore Penne
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Triumph Tricolore Penne
- 250g Grated Cheese
- 1 Chopped Onion
- Butter
- 30g Village Type Flour Triumph
- 250ml Milk Cream
- 100ml White Wine
- Pepper
Method:
Boil and strain the Penne. Saute the onion with the butter and add the flour, stirring for 2 minutes.
Add the cream and wine and stir constantly until thickened.
Add the pepper and the cheese and after it melts, serve the penne together with the sauce.
