Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ Glasses All Purpose Flour Triumph
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ Glass of Oil
  • ½ Glass of Water
  • 1.25 kg Apples Cut into Pieces
  • 1 Spoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¾ Glass of Sugar

Method:

In a deep pan, mix the flour, salt and Baking Powder. Pour in the oil and mix well.

Add as much water as needed to make a fluffy dough and divide the dough in two pieces.

We open half the dough in a sheet and use it to cover the base and the circumference of the form.

Put the apples in a bowl, and add a few drops of lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar on top and mix.

Then pour and spread the mixture on the dough. Roll out the remaining half of the dough into a sheet and cover the surface of the apples with it.

With a fork, press the ends of the two sheets so that they join. Next, pierce the surface with a fork at 5 different points.

Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.

Wait for it to cool and move it from the serving dish.

Serve with ice cream!!
